Why Chirp?
You have seen the impact of mediocre leadership and management on employee engagement, satisfaction, turnover rates, productivity, and outcomes.
Chirp doesn’t bring you tired leadership and management development content, we draw on the theory that underlines management but transform it into the applied tactics that help your managers and leaders get the most from their teams while creating a positive culture, and building for the future.
Our solutions are:
Playbook-based because when you start with the “how” you have leaders who are ready to act.
Live because interaction is key but the choice of in-person or virtual is up to you.
Highly interactive because we believe experiences that contain three levels of interactivity: student by content, student by student, and student by expert result in the most powerful learning.
Reach out to one of our team members today for a complementary 20-minute chat to share more about your leadership development goals and see if there’s a way we can help.
